SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Mr. Tracy Weintraub is the Senior Audit Partner in Berenfeld, Spritzer, Shechter & Sheer's ("Berenfeld Spritzer") Audit and Assurance practice. He also serves as Administrator for the firm's new Fort Lauderdale office.
Mr. Weintraub brings over 24 years of accounting, tax and audit experience to every assignment, with a specialization in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) auditing and compliance. He maintains an active and continuous track record of quarterly SEC filings for public company clients from 1985 to the present day.
Leading South Florida firms turn to Mr. Weintraub and his team for a full range of assurance services, including:

Mr. Weintraub assists non-audit clients in meeting the strict internal control and compliance requirements imposed on public and some private companies by Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Representative services include: risk assessment; internal control oversight; project management support; and reporting to external auditors.
Under Mr. Weintraub's leadership, Berenfeld Spritzer's Audit and Assurance department has grown to serve rapidly growing firms in need of reliable accounting expertise, including:

- Private companies on an IPO track
- Companies with M&A growth plans
- Not-for-Profit organizations
An active volunteer, Mr. Weintraub serves on the Boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward and "Do the Right Thing" in Miami. He participates in other youth-oriented community service groups as well.
